Information on professional liability insurance required under Section 2 of the German Ordinance on Service Providers' Duty to Inform (Dienstleistungs-Informationspflichten-Verordnung - DL-InfoV)
Professional liability insurance is provided by the following insurer::Allianz Versicherungs AG, Postfach, 10900 Berlin.
Territorial application: all EU member states and all signees of the treaty of the European Economic Area.
Extrajudicial Mediation
Issues between attorneys and their clients may be mediated on request. A request must be placed with Rechtsanwaltskammer Frankfurt am Main (according to § 73 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 i.
